Assists guest with their check-ins & outs. Must repeatedly be able to transport guest's luggage, as well as other belongings weighing approximately 50 pounds. Is knowledgeable about the property, as well as surrounding local area enough so to provide directions or make recommendations as requested. Exceeds guest expectations at all times.
