Deliver the highest quality of food to guests in a timely manner that meets company standards, policy, and procedure.

1. Accomplish assigned daily tasks and duties designated by management.
2. Maintain control of station in peak periods.
3. Maintain station cleanliness and organization throughout shift.
4. Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing sidework.
5. Ensure the proper placement and presentation of dinner orders on a tray
6. Inspect all plates and product before it reaches the guest to ensure accuracy of order, garnish, proper temperature, and appealing presentation.
7. Expedite service of food to ensure the guests receive their order in a prompt and efficient manner.
8. Maintain communication between kitchen and restaurant staff to keep flow of food orders running smoothly.
9. Stock kitchen areas with flatware and china.
10. Assist servers as needed.
11. Help keep the restaurant a safe working environment for guests as well as employees.
12. Provide a clean, neat, and groomed representation of company while in company uniform.
13. Maintain station cleanliness & organization throughout shift.
14. Ensure the proper placement, presentation & delivery of food orders on trays.
15. Inspect all plates & product before it reaches the guest to ensure accuracy of order, garnish, proper temperature, & appealing presentation.
16. Expedite service of food to ensure the guests receive their order in a prompt & efficient manner.
17. Maintain clear & effective communication between kitchen & restaurant staff to keep flow of food orders running smoothly.
18. Stock kitchen areas with china, flat & glassware.
19. Assist servers when needed.
20. Help keep the restaurant a safe working environment for guests as well as associates.
21. Successfully complete other duties as assigned.
