Overview
- Primary responsibility for accurate cash transactions and recordation/tracking of all keys turned in by Valet staff.
- Required, on requeste to be able to safely operate guest vehicles exceeding guest expectations at all times.
- Must enjoy fast paced environment and frequent face to face guest interactions.
Responsibilities
- Ability to make basic cash/credit transaction in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reliable to count, track and monitor and return guest/owner car keys on demand.
- Provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times.
- Greet customers, park & secure vehicles, including locking doors & closing all hatches & windows.
- Must be able to receive money from other associates and guests, for valet parking and make correct change to them.
- Greet & interact with the guest in a friendly & professional manner creating the “WOW” experience.
- Inspect & evaluate physical condition of Valet Attendant for cleanliness and report any necessary repairs generating Daily Maintenance Request slips.
- Interact with fellow associates in a courteous & professional manner.
- Report unsafe work conditions/practices and safety/security violations in accordance with Company policy.
- Attend & participate in all appropriate and/or mandatory meetings & on-going training sessions.
- Good attitude & work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- Assist doorperson & bell staff as needed.
- Successfully complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Type | Qualification |
Experience | Has possessed United States driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with proof of a clean DMV record. |
Education | High School Diploma or equivalent preferred |
Experience | Minimum of 6 months valet or professional driving related experience preferred. |
Skill | Can safely operate both manual & automatic vehicles. |
